kerosakan pada driveshaft...






Driveshaft bunyi time corner, time jalan lurus, time merembat, driveshaft tecabut oilseal pecah...aper2 pun laa pasal driveshaft. slalunya punca bebenda mcm ni sebab kite tk penah ambik tau pasal benda nie tau bawak je, lagi2 kater org pompuan maner tau aper...nanti aku tunjukkan gambar mcm ner bentuknya pecah driveshatf ni...kekadang benda ni tk pecah pn tp bunyi gak pasal bearing dh haus tkpn kiter pakai brg cap ayam(brg reconlah)..selalunya bileer corner je bunyi ni conform driveshaft bunyi mcm meletup2 kt bahagian tayar..bwk stright pn bole bunyi gak mcm bunyi bedengung...so aku nk bg tau kt korang bile jadi mcm ni conform lah driveshft pg cek laa cepat2 kekadang kalau lambat bole tecabot gak laa tayar kater tu...bahaya laa jugak..nk tukar dive shaft ni angaran dlm rm200* lah tengok pada jenis kateer ataupn pada brand satu driveshft...tp if getah pecah bole tukar je tp tgk gak kalau gress dh hadis trip dlm dh haus bearing dh haus nk kene laa tukar complete seketul...kalau tukar getah budget tk bayak laa sampai 200 tu....so kener make sure lah ader bunyi maser corner tu conform laa benda nie yg rosak...tp kene cek dulu la..kekadang tuu benda lain gk...

Street racing

Street racing is a form of unsanctioned and illegal motor racing which takes place on public road. Street racing can either be spontaneous or well-planned and coordinated. Well coordinated races, in comparison, are planned in advance and often have people communicating via 2way public radio and using police scanners and GPS units to mark locations of local police hot spots. Street racing is reported to have originated prior to the 1930s due to alcohol prohibition in some parts of the United States.Opponents of street racing cite are leak of safety to sanctioned racing events, as well as legal repercussions arising from incidents, among street racing's drawbacks.


Drag racing

Drag racing is a race which involves two or more competitors who drive in a straight line for a specified distance (usually a 1/4 mile). The driver that covers the most distance between the two cars or reaches the end first is the winner. Fundamental skills in drag racing are the ability to launch with minimum wheelspin and shifting as fast as possible. Such competition on organized tracks associated with a sanctioning body are legal.

A form of illegal racing on public roads is when two or more cars compete until one party is the clear winner. This differs from the above mentioned drag race, in which a set distance on a straight road is traversed. Drivers typically line up while moving under the posted speed limit. Once all the cars are ready, one car will sound its horn three times; the third time is the final signal to start the run. Another method of starting the race is to have a spectator acting as a starter. Normally he/she will use hand signals (also called flagging) to start the race. A car simply outruns the other vehicles by a considerable margin in order to win. If the winner cannot be determined, it is usually decided upon a mutual agreement, or having another race. Another way to signal a race is by flashing the vehicle's high-beams.

Touge Racing

The sport of drift and touge racing from (primarily) japan has led to its acceptance in other parts of the world. touge (Japanese for "mountain pass," because these races are held on mountain roads and passes) generally refers to racing, one car at a time, or in a chase format through mountain passes (the definition of which varies per locale and racing organization). Examples of such roads include del dios highway in escondido carlifornia, and mount haruna, on the island of honsu, in japan. However, street racing competition can lead to more people racing on a given road than would ordinarily be permitted (hence leading to the reputation of danger inherent). Touge races are typically run in a best out of three format. Opponent A starts the first race with Opponent B directly behind. The winner is determined by the time difference between the cars at the finish line. For instance, if Opponent A has pulled away from Opponent B at the finish line, he is determined the winner. If Opponent B has managed to stay on Opponent A's tail, he is determined the winner. For the second race, Opponent B starts off in front and the winner is determined using the same method.

volkswagen model beetle ini dikeluarkan sekitar tahun 1945.......??untuk pengenalan kepada pembaca enjin ini tidaklah rumit seperti yg digambarkn....(sparepart tak susah sgt dekat kl belambak cari dekat jalan ipoh ade duit jalan)..
Penukaran clucth plate untuk model ini mestilah dilakukan dengan teliti ,walaupun diikutkan enjin vrsion vw model ini tidaklah rumit dengan enjin mountuing tiada pada bahagian enjin.diikutkn enjin ini tidak mempunyai radiator dn enjin mounting pada enjin. enjin mounting hanya ada pada gearbox shaja.
vesion ini terdapat 2 jenis 1.3 dengan 1.6

Convoy + Gombak friendship

Hi,

Ok kali ni cite maybe tak berapa hangat sgt..sebab aku cuma nak cita pasal akitivi KZ pada minggu lepas yang kami join..walaupun tak berapa panas mcm cuaca yg panas skang ni..tapi bebudak gombak mmg buat panas line mlm tu..mmg best dan fun actually mlm tu..semua org ble test kemampuan kete masing2..

Tak dinafikan memamg bengkel2 di gombak mula berkumpul dan berkongsi maklumat utk kami membuat suatu analisa utk membuat sebuah kereta Drag yang mampu menandingi bebudak Shah alam mcm MAG,Ann Garage, KSr n semualah..aper pun semuanya kne ada starting..so mlm hari tu adalah permulaan utk segalanya..maybe aktiviti ini akan diakan setipa minggu utk pomen2 berbincang and geng2 kereta berkongsi pelbagai maklumat..

Aku rasa malam tu agak meriah jugak la..maybe lebih kurang 30 biji kete mlm tu termasuklah EVO 7 yg di bawa oleh badak..kete badak paling gempak la mlm tu..EVO maa...semua cuak tu..tapi takda hal punya kete yang lain pun ble tahan gak..mcm satria,wira dan juga tidak ketinggalan dari ketogari Perodua..mlm tu 5 bengkel sekali kuar bengkel apis hassan,fairus,mamak,kz dan lan toman..gila2 punya happening..

Aperpun tahniah utk bengkel2 digombak..semoga aktiviti ni dapat diteruskan bagi memantapkan lagi aktiviti Motorsport di gombak..insyallah..kat bawah ni aku post beberapa gambar mlm tu utk jadi tatapan korang semua ok..see yaaa..

Honda SV4 2.0 convert from Auto to Manual..gempak..

Hi,

Mcm biasa la..tgh bosan2 takde keje ni better aku write something that we can share kan..memandangkan KZ skang sudah pandai membikin honda,so mlm ni aku nak cita serba skit pasal honda SV4 yg di Convert dari Auto ke Manual..Hard work but satisfied gila..

Owner kete honda ni mmg agak cerewet skit tapi biasala..Kenit tetap mantain utk percaya kan owner yg semuanya small matter jer..mcm biasa pegi halfcut cari gearbox dulu..nasib baik kat Ah Tak ada gearbox manual ni..atas pertolongan Din yg keje kat Ah Tak tu..senang jer..satu panggilan jer n then semua barangan standby lor..thanks Din..Kuew teow kerang satu bro..hu3x..

Lepas barang sampai aper lg..mula kerja2 yang amat menjerihkan bagi Kenit n budak2 tu semua..korang paham jer la..kete memang dah dtg auto n dah mmg takde pun manual yg masuk malaysia ni nak di operate oleh kenit ni...tapi mcm biasa kenit ckp..takde hal punya..Lepas pasang gearbox ingatkan semua nya ok..tetiba drive shaft pulak tak ngam..aku part ni yg paling kenit suka..modified drive shaft..tak payah beli baru..ble jimat duit owner..btol tak..tu yg owner tersenyum lebar jer masa ambik kete..hu3x..

Lepas siap semua nya..ak perasan plak ada satu lagi masalah..V-tech tak leh on plak..biasala..computer box sebelum ni dah reading auto..tetiba masuk manual, mana tak terkejut kete tu..ish2..tapi tu semua benda kecik..Zam the Tuner for KZ kan ada..selapas bebarapa discussion antara zam dan kenit diaorang dpt satu solution..re-chip and adjust dlm chip baru tu dgn beberapa tuning oleh zam..aku pun tak tau aper yg Zam buat..tapi yg pastinya..V-tech dah ble on balik..siap tambah rev-cut sampai RPM 10 lagi..caya la Zam..tq tu Zam Tuner..tu yg Kenit sayang sgt kat Zam ni..ha3x

Ok la,nak cita pepanjang pun sakit tangan aku nak type..utk memperjelaskan lagi aku bubuh la beberapa gambar yg ble di update utk tatapan korang k..see again kekawan..aku akan update dari masa ke semasa lepas ni..dont worry..Motorsport punya pasal..go..go..go Motorsport gombak..

Waja Top Overhaul..

Moning,

Ok..lagi,lagi n lagi update cite baru..today aku nak story pasal Waja yg baru di Top overhaul oleh Kz tempoh hari..so..kat mana aku nak start ni????poning la pala nak start ni..xpe2..ok..Waja ni lebih kurang tahun 2000..pepaham jer la kete proton ni mana2 yg da lebih 5 tahun selalunya comfirm akan ada something problem punya..so...kenit start detect kete ni ada kuar asap putih yang agak melampaui batasan..aku ingat da ble jadi semburan nyamuk mcm DBKL buat kat longkang2 tu..ish2..dasyat2..so lpas check pada engine mmg detect ada leaking minyak kat head nya..so aper lagi..top overhaul la...masyuk la kenit nampak gayanya..hu3x..

Lepas settle semua angkat engine..check punya check mmg ada leaking pun kat gasket..so mcm biasala kenit..utk kepuasan hingga akhir zaman kenit suggest kat customer better pakai Metal gasket..korang pun paham kan..mcm mana ketahan metal gasket ni..n utk extra mark kat kenit ni..mcm biasala..semua benda kat head comfirm clean gila punya..kalo korang tgk setiap part kat head tu..wow..kilat gila..kalo korang penah tgk mcm mana barang honda perlu dicuci mcm tu jgk la kenit buat..mmg gila shining beb..mmg ble jadi tempat skit rambut la setiap part tu..

Settle pasang semua..biasa la..walaupun kete standart tune tetap tune punya..kata Motorsport..minyak kene kasi check api mau kasi cantik angin mau kasi bersih..baru la kete akan pergi dgn pnuh keselesaan..mcm Karam singhwalia plak aku ni..takpe la..aper pun tak kisah..janji owner puas hari dgn hasil kerja KZ k..aper pun utk memastikan semua kerja di buat..mcm biasa la..ambik gambar..so..aku post skit la gambar time Top Overhaul tu k..see ya..

Triniti Racing Clucth...keras tapi mengancam...huhu..

Hi,

Lagi cerita baru..memandangkan aku byk masa free skang ni..so...aku nak la share skit2 dgn kekawan..mana la tau korang pun nak buat kete yg laju n best..maybe kita ble sama2 share knowladge kan..hu3x..poyo jer cara aku cakap..ha3x..

Ok..hari ni aku nak story pasal Clucth racing aku Kz pakai..ermm..Kz pakai clucth Triniti racing 6 kaki 8.5..erm...clucth ni agak keras gila..sampaikan kaki aku pun rasa mcm sepak batu pun ada..tapi...yg bestnya,kemampuan nya tak dapat diduga tu..sekali lepas, comfirm melekat habis punya..tapi tayar pun main peranan jugak..kalo clucth dah lekat tp tayar tak lekat kat jalan x guna jgk..so aku suggest ble guna tayar toyo 888 semislick 195/55 atau archilles 195/50 semislick..ble tahan la..

Untuk cover clucth plak..ble guna eXedy cover clucth 8.5..so..combination triniti n exedy..wow..meletop tu..So kat bawah ni aku post la beberapa example clucth exedy n triniti..kalo korang nak tanya lagi..ble la tanya2 kat kenit ker aku ker..soalan akan dijawab sejujur-jujurnya..he3x..janji MOTORSPORT la...ha3x..

GSR Engine 4G93T..wow...

Hi all,

Opening untuk 2010 ni aku nak cita pasal 4G93T atau lebih dikenali GSR..sebelum tu aku nak mintak maaf pada semua org yang tertunggu-tunggu benda baru utk aku story..sorryla kekawan aku agak busy kebelakangan ni..so kalo ada yang ternanti-nanti tu aku mintak maaf sgt2..we back to our topic ok..

Ok la..ni pasal engine GSR yang Kenit pasang kat KZ hari tu..walaupun owner kete ni agak cerewet tapi dengan hasil kerja tangan Kenit..everthing is under control..aku sebagai tokey pun puas la jgk hati tgk engine n kete tu lepas siap..mcm real baru tu..erm..quit inpress me..hu3xx..kang aku puji lebih2 kembang plak si kenit ni..

So..dengan penambahan beberapa perkakasan tambahan engine ni agak ble tahan la..dengan td05,fuel regulator sard & wasgate yang berkualiti kemampuan engine ni agak ble tahan la..tambahan plak dgn metal gasket..so will b no problem with leaking or anything happen..

Lepas tu untuk bagi managment kete ni agak ok skit..kenit suggest pada owner utk masuk e-manage..sebab stuff tu ok la dan masih berpatutan harganya..sebab ia ble control minyak dan utk turbo kira ok la sebab owner ni walaupun cerewet tapi kaki rembat jugak so...aku ingat kenit sure suruh Zam utk lebihkan minyak..supaya kete ni safety bila owner tekan mcm nak mampus..Ops lupa plak nk imform..Zam tu tuner KZ..kira zam n kenit bersatu..akan mengahsilkan satu aura sebuah kereta yang gila2 babai power punya..hu3x..

Do lepas siap everthing dan owner test..wow...wow..tu ayat pertama dia la..so korang pun tau la..kalo da owner sendiri cakap wow..maksudnya..pepaham sendiri la..ha3x..ok la..kalo aku cita pepanjang lebar pun tak guna..korang tgk la gambar2 kat bawah ni..ok..aku continue next time ok...
